Becoming a Lisle Medical member is the best way to ensure your doctor truly knows you, providing proactive, personalised healthcare that keeps you in optimal health. Membership guarantees direct access to a private GP, including unlimited clinic appointments and out of hours advice when necessary, all included in the monthly membership fee.*
We like every new member to book an initial comprehensive medical consultation to review their health history, assess current treatments, adjust medications if needed, and undergo a full health check. This ensures any concerns are addressed early while creating a tailored plan for long-term wellbeing. With membership, you benefit from ongoing, direct access to a GP, a trusted relationship with doctors who understand your medical needs, and the reassurance of further appointments included.
Annual health checks are encouraged to ensure adherence to best-practice medical screening, preventing illness before it starts. Your health remains in expert hands, removing uncertainty about what tests or treatments you need and when. We regard health screening as a process rather than an event and would like to remain in touch to regularly optimise your health.

Personal GP membership
Lisle Medical can be there as ‘your GP’, working alongside the NHS if you wish. Membership secures regular easy access to a doctor you know and who knows you.

Additional services (blood tests, immunisations, appointments for immediate family) at members’ 10% discounted rates
Individual: one adult or child, £110 per month
Couples: two adults or children, £185 per month
Family: two adults and all dependents at home, £220 per month
Additional adult household member**: £90 per month
Routine home visiting surcharge***: £100 per month per person included (we will still visit people who are unable to travel to us).
Out of hours advice surcharge****: £50 per month per person included

Terms
Home visits are limited to the stated postcodes
Memberships are for a minimum period of 3 months and can be cancelled with one month’s notice
If after an appointment you decide you’d like to apply for membership we will credit your account with any paid appointment costs from the last 30 days (if accepted)
*subject to fair use policy
**an additional adult is either living at the same address, regularly resident there, or regularly within our local practice area.
***we will still visit all members who are unable to travel to us, for example after an operation, without the surcharge
****in-person apointments out of hours may still incur a one-off additional charge.
Non-members’ prepayment scheme
If you don’t need membership but want to have easy access to private GP appointments then the discounted prices of the prepayment scheme may suit you.
