Some vaccine schedules take several weeks to complete, so the earlier you book, the better. However, if you’re travelling last minute, we can still offer effective alternatives to get you covered quickly.
Booking Your Travel Vaccinations
Step 1: Tell us where you’re going and what you’re doing
✔ Book a telephone consultation online.
✔ Register all family members travelling with a separate copy of this questionnaire for each of them.
✔ We will discuss vaccine requirements, agree a plan and can book in your vaccination appointment.
✔ If you require a more complex schedule we’ll forward your vaccine plan to our admin team, who will coordinate with you or your nominated assistant/secretary.
Step 2: Vaccination appointment and certification
✔ Our experienced team will vaccinate you in clinic (or at home if you prefer).
✔ Once your vaccination schedule is complete, we provide a certificate for your records.
✔ We can also share your vaccination details with your NHS GP for inclusion in your medical records.
Pricing
✔ We don’t want the often-forgotten cost of vaccinating your family to overshadow your holiday.
✔ A clinic vaccination appointment is at a reduced cost of £45, plus the cost of vaccines. Home visits are charged at the standard rate.
✔ Charges will be proportionate to time spent, both with you and on documentation afterwards, but we will always attempt to limit your costs with efficiencies where possible.
