Clinic locations

Our main GP clinic in Haslemere is on West Street, accessed via the main High Street car park behind Waitrose and with its own free parking area. Access is by appointment only, although we usually provide appointments on the day. There is step-free access to a traditional and comfortable waiting room leading into a spacious and bright clinic. We would like to encourage you to visit the clinic if you live near Haslemere, but we can still do home visits for members or for those unable to travel. If you are further away then home visit appointments will still be available within a day or so.
