Our intent is to provide high quality care without time pressure, and a service we would want for our own families. We frequently review the healthcare market to ensure our fees remain competitive with similar services elsewhere, and hold off any price rises for as long as possible.

Children’s minor illness appointment (up to age 12, 15 mins) - £85 (one credit)
GP skin lesion freezing appointment - £120 (up to 5 lesions, £40 per additional 5 lesions)
Vaccination appointment (15 mins) - £50 + cost of vaccines
Blood test only appointment (15 mins) - £50 + cost of tests
Cancellation fee (less than 2 hours’ notice) or non-attendance - 50% of full fee

We encourage patients to book in to the Haslemere clinic where possible.
Non-member GP home visit - £190 (or three prepayment credits)
Additional consultation at same visit - £95 (or one prepayment credit)
Home visit for children’s minor illness - £130 (or three prepayment credits)
Home visit for vaccination only - £125 + cost of vaccines
Home visit for blood test only - £125 + cost of tests
Earwax removal (either or both ears) - £190
Wart and skin lesion freezing (cryotherapy - up to 5 lesions) - £190

Clinic proximity surcharge** - £90

*the description ‘minor illness’ is not a diagnostic term; the appointment type is targetted at coughs and colds, tummy bugs, simple rashes and other such conditions where you just want the one-off advice of a doctor. A home visit will be charged at this rate if appropriate.
**we encourage attendance in clinic if you are within 5 miles of a clinic as the visiting doctor will usually be covering areas further away.
***Normal working hours are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. Out of hours availability cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated if possible for urgent problems.

We prefer face to face consultations but recognise that this is not always possible. UK doctors are unfortunately not indemnified to provide care to patients who are currently overseas.

All admin (including the following) as the main reason for a consulation is included in the consultation fee.

Repeat prescriptions - £30 (pharmacies charge their own fees)
Administrative letters - £40
Medical forms - £120 per hour pro-rata
Externally completed blood results interpretation and feedback - £120 per hour pro-rata

The full range of travel and childhood vaccinations can be arranged - as much notice as you can manage is helpful to ensure availability. Approximate indicative costs* per vaccine are below for the most commonly required vaccines (in addition to the consultation fee). We can order many others in. Please ask us if you are unsure what you need.

Prices will be discounted by 10% for members. Inclusive of pre-test counselling and discussion of results. Not suitable for those with current symptoms or a prior history of cancer.

If you don’t need membership but want to have easy access to private GP appointments then the discounted prices of the prepayment scheme may suit you.

Additional services (blood tests, immunisations, extra appointments) at 10% discounted rates
Share your credits with a family member or friend if you wish
Retain your Credit balance for a year if you decide to pause or cancel
