Our aim is to provide high quality care without time pressure, and to offer the kind of service we would want for our own families.
We regularly review our fees against comparable private healthcare services to ensure they remain fair and competitive, and we avoid increasing prices unless necessary.
We also take a deliberately different approach to the cost of investigations. Blood tests and other investigations supplied by external laboratories inevitably involve additional clinical and administrative work, so we apply a modest margin to their cost. We keep that margin deliberately low and aim, wherever possible, to offer these investigations for less than comparable private providers.
We believe private healthcare should be commercially sustainable without taking advantage of a patient’s need for further investigation. Our fees reflect the work involved in providing your care, rather than treating additional tests as an opportunity for excessive profit.

*the description ‘minor illness’ is not a diagnostic term; the appointment type is targetted at coughs and colds, tummy bugs, simple rashes and other such conditions where you just want the one-off advice of a doctor. A home visit will be charged at this rate if appropriate.
**we encourage attendance in clinic if you are within 5 miles of a clinic as the visiting doctor will usually be covering areas further away.
***Normal working hours are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. Out of hours availability cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated if possible for urgent problems.

We prefer face to face consultations but recognise that this is not always possible. UK doctors are unfortunately not indemnified to provide care to patients who are currently overseas.

We offer both the Trucheck Intelli test and the Galleri test from Grail. Read about the difference in this article.
Intelli - £975 + consultation fee
Galleri - £1180 + consultation fee
No additional fees for pre-test counselling and discussion of results. These tests do not yet replace existing screening programs e.g. breast, bowel and cervical screening.
Members do not pay the consultation fee and will receive a 10% discount on the Intelli test; we regret that we are unable to offer the usual 10% discount on the Galleri test.

The full range of travel and childhood vaccinations can be arranged - as much notice as you can manage is helpful to ensure availability. Approximate indicative costs* per vaccine are below for the most commonly required vaccines (in addition to the consultation fee). We can order many others in. Please ask us if you are unsure what you need.

Additional admin subsequent to the appointment (ie taking additional time) will be charged as follows:
Private sick note - £30
Referral letter - £40
Repeat prescriptions - £30 (pharmacies charge their own fees)
Administrative letters - £40
Medical forms - £120 per hour pro-rata
Externally completed blood results interpretation and feedback - £120 per hour pro-rata

If you don’t need membership but want to have easy access to private GP appointments then the discounted prices of the prepayment scheme may suit you.
£90 per Credit, set up on a monthly payment or purchase Credits in bulk.
Video/telephone and clinic appointments use up 1 Credit each time
Home visits use up 3 Credits each time
Additional services (blood tests, immunisations, extra appointments) at 10% discounted rates
Share your credits with a family member or friend if you wish
Retain your Credit balance for a year if you decide to pause or cancel
